CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Chaotic Beauty Policies ✨ Cancellations & Reschedules • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one (1) time with proper notice. • Less than 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Late Policy • Clients arriving 10–14 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee. • Clients arriving 15+ minutes late will have their appointment canceled and deposit forfeited. No-Shows • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the service total. • Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Refund Policy • Absolutely no refunds on services, deposits, prepaid appointments, cancellations, or no-shows. Premium Appointment Fee • Appointments scheduled before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM are considered premium appointment times and will incur an additional $35 convenience fee.
